Omar hired by my home warranty was supposed to assess the work required. The appt window was between 11A-3P. I texted him at 9:25A and asked for a closer window. He replied 12P. I replied I'd be home by noon. At 10:44A he calls and says he'll be at my house in 20 min. I reminded him he told me noon. I explained it was going to take at least 30 min to get back. He said I needed to reschedule. I pleaded with Omar to give me time to hurry back. He finally said ok. He called & I said I'm about 2 min away. I got caught at a light that probably extended the time another 3-4 min. I see him pulling off while I'll turning the corner. I call him and say I'm here. I see you. Please come back. He refused and said he had another appointment at noon that he was late for. This guy hung up the phone on me. He was so rude/unprofessional. I found Omar's company years ago to do a project before things became insane in Austin's remodel market. He was on time, professional, and did an amazing job on drywalling a new wall. This November, my place sustained a flood, and the water mitigation team ripped out a lot of drywall. I remembered Omar's work and quickly gave him a call. Not only was he fast in response, he did the same quality work, and I was happy to see he's found other concientious workers to expand his services. Omar was great to work with and did an excellent job with our new sheetrock in an addition and with some repairs we needed.
